What is ONE?
ONE is designed to help you take the next step in your life as a leader, servant, and Christ-follower.
 
Maybe you have just graduated from high school or you are unsure as to a college or career path.
 

 

  
Are you looking for something to push you forward and help answer some questions about God’s call on your life?
 
You will have the opportunity to be trained, mentored, and stretched to be an empowered and effective leader both in your personal life and in the church world. You can train in specific areas of ministry that you are interested/gifted in as you help lead and serve in those areas.
 
You will strengthen your walk with God through spiritual development to be a knowledgeable, devoted, and passionate follower of Christ. You have the opportunity to spend one year of your life discovering, strengthening, and affirming God’s specific call on your life.
 
How Does It Work?
ONE participants will be able to choose a major area of ministry for training. These areas are: Kids' Ministry, Middle School, High School, College, Video, and Worship. ONE participants will spend at least one trimester in their chosen major. If you wish, you can change a major at the beginning of the next trimester.
 
Once a major is chosen you will be a part of the day-to-day workings being trained and given responsibility in that specific area of ministry. You will have a ministry leader guiding and pouring into you through the entire trimester.
 
How Long Will My One Term Last?
ONE is a one-year commitment that is designated by trimesters. You can join the program at the beginning of any trimester (August, January, or May)
