This year long devotional guide has been designed specifically to help students engage the Word of God on a consistent basis. Spending time in God's word is one of the most valuable things we can teach our kids. As fifth and sixth graders walk through this reading plan we encourage them to journal about what they are learning in the following way:
Head: What do the passages that you read say to your heart?
Heart: Journal what the vers is saying to your heart
Hands: Today, what are you going to do about what you just read?
Pray: Write a prayer to God asking him to help you in this area and for other needs for the day
