• Provide acceptance: This is an imperfect group for imperfect people in an imperfect Church. So please don't expect anyone to be perfect.
  • Actively participate: We do not want this to be a spectator activity.
  • Don’t Dominate: This is not a teacher driven environment; it’s a community driven environment. Everyone deserves a chance to talk and to be heard.
  • There are no dumb questions. Encourage one another when they talk.
  • Be confidential: What is shared in the group stays in the group!
  • Faithfully attend: Make the group a priority in your life during each quarter. This means attend meetings regularly and be on-time.
  • Encourage growth: Each member will encourage the others' spiritual growth and movement.
  • Share ownership: Every member is a minister. Each attendee will share a minor responsibility within the group.
  • The group deserves your attention: Turn-down cell phones/mobile devices during meetings.
  • Respect the Host: If the meeting is over, allow the host to close down shop. Respect their house/furnishings/etc.
  • Avoid offensive language. It has no place in a Christ-centered group.
